The guys that moved me were great. Jeremy, Terry and Ryan crew #9085 were wonderful they were polite and funny and took great care of my furniture, They made sure about want I wanted and went the extra mile with customer service.
TL;DR before I go into the meat of the review: The negative reviews were earned, and they will openly discuss why if you ask. Summer/Early Fall of 2019 were not their best season. I worked with them on 10/21/2019, however, and had an incredible experience. My two movers were motivated, friendly, and timely. These guys did a great, fast and careful job with my move. I hired 2 guys with the 5 hour minimum, which I wasn't thrilled with because I had a feeling they would be done before that. I was the 2nd move of the day so they called about 1:30pm to let me know they had a 3 man crew in the area that could be there at 2:15pm and if I paid for 3rd worker they would waive the 5 hr minimum. Charged me a $100 deposit & even though I canceled over 1 week in advance-they refused to give me a refund
I no longer need this service. With a 1.5 of 5 rating and the way your phone system works. After 4 calls and bot after bot to a person then to a bot and finally a person who was clearly uninterested by voice inflection to have to answer the phone. NOPE! Not working with your company.
Their services are an absolute nightmare. The movers arrived late to my location, with a truck that was comically large (semi truck-size) for a studio apartment move. All of my stuff was thrown in and banged around inside of the truck on the way and there was SO MUCH damage done to my belongings. They destroyed my lamps, TV, scuffed up so many thing and spent approx. 8 hours on a pre-packed and sorted studio apartment move (I don't even understand how since they brought 6 movers). they stole a lot of random small things around my house broke my only mirror and were extremely rude to me the whole day. wouldn't recommend for anyone.
Very expensive. No attention to detail. Put wrong name on all documents and refused to correct.
