If I could select no stars, I would. Original price was $167 for moving items within my house, 2 hours, 2 men. Three men showed up, spent less than 2 hours and I was charged $335. No complaint to them made any difference.

I was so disappointed in how they handled my furniture, moved items in and out of my old/new homes without regard for walls and furniture, and inflated the hourly cost "because they included a third (rookie) mover". I do not recommend this moving company. Damaged items as a result of every dresser, desk, buffet or TV stand turned upside down to move it. I only had them move furniture, and one elliptical. I moved my boxes, which I packed, and smaller items, like chairs, lamps, pictures and end tables.

I had a really disappointing experience with this moving company. First of all, they were deceptive about their pricing. Despite receiving a confirmation email stating that I would be provided with a pricing list prior to my move, this was not the case. I was surprised to find out that TVs and a large mirror would cost extra, which was never communicated to me beforehand (Although they were aware we had these items to move). Stay away from this company at all cost. They failed to provide the contract before the move. Took way over estimate time for moving 7 pieces of furniture and held my items against me as collateral for payment. Provided contract to me after move for signing. Then proceeded to tell me they broke my $2800 marble table. They didn't even use padding to move it. Just put it flat on the truck bed. A marble table. Who doesn't put padding down. I was told last week that this company does service my area of Oregon and that they were able to do a 2 hour moving pricing. However, yesterday I was told no Oregon "law" says 5 hours on the weekend. I was transferred about 10 different times to all different departments. Then I was told by both Portland "managers" don't service my area. So between a few days talking with a National "representative" to Oregons management team I was lied to. I asked them to replace my relatively new 75" TV when I WATCHED THEM knock it over, after moving it into my apartment, to which they offered me $180. I have emailed and called multiple times dealing with terrible customer service. I filed an official claim against them today, so I'll add another post about the outcome and hopefully EVERYONE can sue them and get the money they deserve from this terrible, criminal company.

Ok. Here goes... my booking with All My Sons Moving went really well. They gave me an estimate of between $700-900 to move my one bedroom apartment with 2 movers. It was an in-state move of less than 50 miles. They were really good about working with me because my move kept getting delayed. Moving day arrives and instead of 2 movers they sent 3. Ran into to these psychos at Laural rd Public Storage today. They took over the whole operation. They parked in 5 premium spots, confisctaed both moving carts, emptied a ton of furniture in from the the first and second floor elevators so no one else could get by and got hostile when i asked them to clear the hallways.

Let me preface this by saying that I'm a local business owner who helps hundreds of families in SW Washington move every year: I had All My Sons Moving & Storage help my girlfriend and I with a move over the weekend. She had very little stuff compared to the normal family and the movers assured us upon showing up, that they'd be finished loading the truck in as little as 20-25 minutes.
