I've moved several times in the last few years. This company was by far the worst and I'd never use them again. The 2 young guys who showed up to move us were fine and polite. But their boss. Complete unprofessional jerk. The bill was over $800 for 3 hours. We were given the phone to speak with the manager. He overcharged by 30 minutes. The $100 deposit was not applied. Unprofessional and unethical. Their movers left a major damage to my floors, because they dragged a heavy credenza instead of rolling it on a dolly. The original floor installer said it would cost $8100 to fix it. I went through their claim department steps, but they refused to pay for it. They do not back their work with their money. I would go somewhere else. This company is dishonorable.
If I could give ZERO stars, I would. RUN.. DO NOT WALK.. RUN AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE MOVING COMPANY AS POSSIBLE!! The two boys that arrived did not look like the typical "movers" that I've experienced when using other moving services. I would leave zero stars if possible. Pushed me way later in the day due to a bigger job being available for them and they offered me a 2pm slot so I could pay way more for them to sit in rush hour traffic. Waste of time and left me in a pinch.
Check out this company and their reviews on any other website or review place before you book them. Listen to these bad reviews. Google and their website are misleading and somehow have good reviews. They are terrible. We had to hire movers because I'm eight months pregnant and I feel completely taken advantage of. Do not believe their family-own branding or the reward system for their guys if customers are happy. They are careless and very UNPROFESSIONAL. Poor communication overall and different responses every time you call. They cancel you at the same day with no solutions or being sorry at all. Do yourself a favor and booked another reliable business.
If I could rate they 0 I would. I use this company in Denver and they were AMAZING. This place brought me to my knees. They consistently smoked weed while working, and move like they are paid by the hour, and milk it. We unloaded half the truck to get rid of them. It was hours of repair to the walls and they broke my kids bed. I booked with All My Sons (AMS) Moving to move a very heavy piece of commercial workout equipment. It was a fiasco at every single level. 1. Booking agent gave us a confirmed date for Sunday, saying there was no minimum booking time and I would be billed hourly. 2. AMS called on Saturday to confirm for Monday, which was incorrect. I would avoid this company for any moving needs. Total ripoff, made up charges, unprofessional movers, damaged good will ruin your move. Also, total lack of transparency when it comes to invoice breakdown! The movers also forgot some of the items in their previous move, which they thankfully moved the next day, but overall a very bad experience with All My Sons moving.
