I have always used all my sons and referred them to so many people. They have been storing some of my stuff during construction. They delivered it and destroyed the walls of my new home. Literally every piece of furniture they moved in hit my walls and there is plenty of room. They work fast but the quality was terrible. Don't trust the salesperson that calls you after you submit a request for a quote I requested a morning time for my move and was told it shouldn't be a problem. They were supposed to call 3 days in advance to give me a time. They didn't. I called them two days in advance to get the time and was given a 6 hour window of when they might arrive (between 10am and 4pm). I told them that wouldn't work and the "office manager" said he couldn't do anything about it. He wouldn't transfer me to his supervisor. He didn't care an... read more

I called this company and told them I was moving from Salem to Monmouth. Person I spoke to said no problem so I scheduled a date. A week before my move, I called them to confirm that they we were still set. Was told that they service Monmouth. I asked why they didn't tell me that on the date I called originally. They completely ruined two pieces of furniture by dropping one (dresser) and destroying the finish on three sides of another (coffee table) with excessive and unnecessary packing tape, and then damaged two other things. The service ended up being far more expensive than was quoted, despite us packing things very well. The moving crew itself gave us strong homophobia vibes, and overall it cost us almost 2 grand for them to break multiple things. Just like everyone else here, it seems, I had a terrible experience with All My Sons. I called their switchboard because apparently this company is nationwide. They sent Thomas to our house to do an estimate; he was a nice enough guy however when he came to asses my home he said that they couldn't move houseplants because it's against the rules. Please do not use them, I don't want anyone else to be as horribly treated as we were. We moved from Beaverton to NE in 2021 and it felt uncomfortable from the start. First, so many items stolen. My entire tool bag, 3 Monet prints my wife had gotten in Paris, our only air pump, who knows what else. Second, we only needed movers for our bed as it is our biggest investment but you have to fill that truck to make up for the additional fees they spring on you at the end. This company is a joke. I wish I could leave one star. We made a reservation with them on May 17th to help load heavy items for our move on July 1st (that's over 6 weeks in advance), and on June 28th they called to cancel. We already paid them and I have yet to see a refund, and are scrambling to get help for our upcoming move. They didn't offer any backup plan. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional.
