This place is awful. They literally canceled our move one hour before they were supposed to be there despite me booking this 3 weeks in advance confirming with them 3 days prior to this. They showed no compassion and clearly no understanding of what it involves to pack up an apartment and pets and then to be told you cannot move that day. They even have the audacity to charge my credit card for the deposit which I had to argue with them to have it returned.. They canceled the DAY OF my move after I had spoke with someone in the morning about timing. Extremely disappointing and ridiculous as I took off work and would be working the rest of week. I understand different circumstances but on the phone they gave no reason why they canceled. I was only in the second slot for the day as well.

Movers worked hard, but found out afterwards that they overcharged my sister in law for more hours than they were there. No receipt provided when asked for. Saw their van as we were leaving after helping her. They parked in the same zip code and sat there running up the time. Called in to request a refund, and they only refunded 3/4 of an hour, when 2 hours were overcharged. Disappointed it ended this way when it started off well.

First off, I should have listened to the other reviews. I will never be using them again. The good: They were polite and professional both over the phone and in person. They showed up on time. They were the first to respond. The bad: I knew I should have cancelled when I asked for two guys and a truck to help move some things into a storage unit, but they insisted on a third and, of course, more money to move a large item. Do not use this moving company! Bait and switch advertising. Added feed on at the end that weren't disclosed. Received a flier for $150 off, was told it would be honored. Movers confirmed notes in system indicated so at beginning of move. At the end the supervisor argued with me saying they couldn't use it. Also never was given pricing or was told there would be a charge for packing supplies and when I went over fees they had a charge of $40 on there. This company is a JOKE. The worst experience I have ever heard of anyone possibly having with any kind of service company in the history of customer service, not just moving companies. If there was an option for ZERO stars, I would have done that. Right off the top I should have known. When they sent me the service contract, the "deliver to" address was completely wrong and doesn't even exist, but I went ahead and did the walk thru pictures and video as requested. This was by far the worst moving experience of my life!! The 2 guys showed up and I had everything except my bed and my couch boxed and staged. I was literally moving across the street in my same complex . From a 625sqft apt upstairs to a ground level apt. It took them 4 hours to do that. They dropped my computer down the stairs ( thankfully it was packed in its original box) I had also told the office when I put down a 100$ deposit (that I was told would be taken out of my final payment ) that my couch had to have the feet... read more
