Service was abrupt and impersonal. Food was extremely average
We went to Allegro to celebrate our anniversary. To start they were not ready for us at the time of our reservation, regardless of us booking on open table days in advance. When sat, we were put in a corner behind the servers computers next to the bathroom where we had chords in our faces and were not in the central environment of the restaurant. Our server was great and that saved the night. As a restaurant manager I may be too picky but this is what I experienced: Our reservation was at 5:30 but we got there earlier and may be one of the very first customers. The hostess tried to give us the worst table possible even though the entire restaurant was empty. After ordering the server helped us with beer selection which was nice. Terrible experience ,would be surprised if they survive another month ! Over charged and under delivered in every aspect !
Service was horrible requested outdoor patio/ specified lemon patio. Got sat inside then they put us at a weird table. We asked to be moved we got sat net to the register and the bathroom. Didn’t offer the cheese wheel which is what i came for in the first place. The waiter was rude and looked at me like i was crazy for ordering a coke. I walked up and left they ruined my boyfriends 30th birthday. Will not go back.
To begin, our waiter was very nice but hardly ever came by. We had to call him to come to our table. The food was not great. Next time I’ll just go to Outback Steakhouse. Not going back.
Allegro was terribly underwhelming. Food was very overpriced and equally average in taste. We had poor service and every staff member we spoke with was rude. Our table of four asked for bread more than three times and never received any. Our waiter said that the "bread situation was messed up" but every table we saw had fresh bread and butter.
