We had reservations and were put at a table that was stuck in the corner of a temporary deck with spider webs along the edge of the deck and chairs with cushions that were all ripped. Definitely not what I expected from the photos on line. Service was terrible. We never received dinner dishes and had to have our pasta off of bread plates. Never got drink refills. Bad service, small portions, extremely overpriced but good food
The shrimp tasted like defrosted shrimp. The steak was nothing spectacular and how did they manage to make tasteless mashed potatoes?
Felt like our dinner was rushed
We arrived 15min prior to our 8:15pm reservation on Friday night, we were seated right away. The ambiance beautiful but it was super noisy, people were literally so close i could see their steak temperature. We immediately got our water choice wrong, two tables next to us got bread and served before us even though we had been sat and ready for a while. I ordered waygu beef thinking that it would be one of the best cuts of tender beef but was unsatisfied due to excessive gristle. Even more unsatisfactory was the price was $10 per ounce, and being 10oz I was overpaying for substandard beef labeled as prime grade A Waygu. Thankfully our waitress tried to make it up to us with free desserts for everyone which was nice of her, but the beef needs to be replaced with actual Waygu and not some substandard knockoff. Especially for the price they were charging.
