"Sqauretrade is the best warranty company out there. Very little hassle, great prices, and awesome customer service. I wouldn't purchase a warranty from any other company. I've used them for a cracked iphone screen and took my phone over to Apple and was reimbursed for the cost within days. "
"I cannot say enough good things about SquareTrade! I have a number of items under warranty with them and not one bad story! My daughter is away in college - she dropped her iPhone and the screen shattered! Not a great thing when her phone is the main means of communication, I called SquareTrade right away and as usual, they had an immediate answer, providing me with all the details I needed to know. They even located the nearest Apple store, close to my daughters school. Once again a quick and happy ending!!"

They were all very professional, helpful and diligent in getting my claim processed while walking me though all the steps to help me understand the process to move things along smoothly. "SquareTrade has provided excellent warranty coverage. A covered phone was dropped, resulting in a cracked screen. I would have given 5 stars, except that when I first called, their computers were down and they were unable to complete my claim. I was told someone would call me back the same day, but that did not happen. I can accept that they had technical problems, but I have to subtract a star because they did not call me to complete the claim as promised.
