"Two years ago, I bought a reasonably priced SquareTrade 2-year-from purchase date-warranty for my brand new, top of the line, Brother all-in-one machine. I bought this because, in my past experiences, electronics have broken shortly after their warranty has expired. I did not want such a sad event to occur for me. "So happy with Square Trade. My Keurig broke down. I put in claim at Square Trade website. Printed out return label and immediately after I took my box to Fed Ex return center I got an e-mail that my reimbursement was being processed and within 24 hours I was reimbursed for the Keurig the full purchase price. I will def use Square Trade again. Thank you for outstanding service"
"My receiver quit on me, and I was within days of my manufacturer warranty being up. I called and talked through my situation with SquareTrade, and they were supremely interested in caring for me and giving me a great experience. Within minutes, I was provided an email up with a tracking number for an empty box to ship my dead receiver to SquareTrade for repair. "I bought a Nexus tablet for my 11 year old son for his birthday. I know that he is rough on everything he touches so I figured the SquareTrade coverage would be worth every penny. Sure enough, 3 months later, he comes to me crying because his screen is cracked. To his amazement, I smiled, hugged him and said, ".. it's ok, sweetheart." "I had to use 2 of my warranties in the past 2 weeks. Square Trade did everything to make me feel comfortable. They took care of everything right away. In fact, I received my repaired camera within 2-3 days after they received it. I was a little worried, but shouldn't have been. They are fantastic! I will always use them!"
