I called square trade right away and they took all the information about my mishap and sent me the info to have my phone repaired, within an hour I had my appointment with Apple to repair my phone and received an email within 1/2 hour of sending the paid receipt to square trade that my check would be in the mail. I had a very good experience with square trade. I just purchased a plan for my MacAir I purchased a week ago. Thank you for such an awesome experience. "
