"This was the first time I had to use Square Trade. However, my experience with them was great. There staff member who assisted me was very professional and helpful. Once I mailed out my item to them it took about a week for my check to come in the mail. I just couldn't believe how easy it was! All in all great work square trade excellent customer service!"

"I love Square Trade, I called them and got great results even when the manufacturer didn't do their job. I would recommend Square Trade to anyone buying a product that offers Square Trade for a warranty!!!!!"

"After a couple of years my desktop printer simply stopped printing about every third or fourth line. I was going to take it in to see if it could be repaired, but then remembered I had purchased a Square Trade warranty when I first bought the printer. I contacted Square Trade via email on a weekend day and explained what was occurring. I got an email response within a few hours indicating a claim was being opened and I would receive further instructions. "By far, the best experience I could have wanted. The response was lightning fast to my claim, and it was made on a weekend. I had the shipping label Sunday so the item was able to ship out first thing Monday morning. The money was transferred to my pay pal Monday night! I will use Square Trade for every purchase and recommend it to my friends and family."

"I cover all my electronics with square trade. I currently have 10 active warranties running. If you need to file a claim it is a no hastle proceedure. Never had an issue with Square Trade making good on there warranty. Also, unlike the majority of companys out there, the staff is well trained and courteous. Never a run a round with Square Trade. Very, very reputable and they charge less then the competition. If you want piece of mind then Sqare Trade is the correct choice. Thank you Square Trade."
