"Amazingly smooth experience from beginning to end. Square trade went out of their way to ensure that I was happy & always had access to a phone. I had an Iphone 4S that I loved, but it started dropping calls almost immediately and after a few minutes I could no longer understand the party on the other end. I then completed the claim through a claims specialist who was very helpful. I was very pleased that I could use a local business to fix my laptop. I paid for the new battery which was needed and promptly received a reimbursement. I appreciated the emails to submit a claim and what steps I needed to complete. I called Square trade and was a little concerned because I hadn't taken the time to register the item. They were very professional and after I sent them a photo of the pieces I had been able to recover they processed my claim and I should have the funds to get a replacement item next week.
