"Square Trade insured my new iphone about 2.5 years ago. This Thursday I overnighted the device for same-day repair and they returned the device to my door in about 48 hours. Not only did they replace my worn-out iphone jack, which I had requested, but they also replaced the scratched screen I had forgotten to mention. All of this for a deductible which beat the cost of the single repair. So happy."

"Great transaction and very easy to do. Had policy on head phones 100 dollar Sony. They broke a year later got on line filled out claim at square trade a day later they emailed the info for sending them to them with paid postage. I dropped them at FedEx and with in a hour or so I got my payment in my PayPal as I requested. They didn't even wait to get item for payment. "I have been impressed with the kind of service i received through square trade. Bought a secondary phone off of ebay (a new one), and a year in (i had a 2 year plan) i started having problems with the phone. the power/wake up button was loosing its circuit, phone processor acting slow, apps collapsing while being used.
