2 year old ONN TV purchased from Walmart was experiencing screen issues. After performing trouble shooting measures with Allstate representative by phone, it was determined that the TV needed to be replaced. I received a brand new (not refurbished) TV in less than a week! I highly recommend the Allstate protection plan.

Setting up an appointment thru Frigidaire was very confusing. The second that came on after being transferred. She asked me your name that question that the first person ask. Then she that we have appointment open for tomorrow, Wednesday Thursday 8 o’clock 9 o’clock 10 o’clock do I chose Wednesday 8 o’clock. Thinking that I will get a service coming out to my place on Wednesday at 8 o’clock. She gave me a phone number saying this is the technician phone number. Should you need anything else. Setting a claim was easy they came and troubleshoot but 6 days later my appliance broke again, setting up a second claim is hard nobody wants to help and i still have a broken appliance.
