I was unable to use my MacBook without it being plugged in. Called and explained issue. Allstate checked my computer and was able to say it was a battery issue. Printed label and mailed it in. Received it back in less than 10 days at no cost and MacBook is doing great! Five out of five stars for sure!
My daughter had her video player malfunction. We sent it in & it was repaired & promptly returned to us. She was so excited to get it back for long trips in the car. Very simple process.

Just great service and great plans for consumer protection
The C/s person understood my issue with the defective BBQ unit, I had pictures and all the information ready. The C/s staff follow through and agreed the unit was defective and could cause a fire etc - - the C/S staff followed through, and explained that ALLSTATE will be issuing a check for the amount I paid for BBQ - - Thank you Allstate Protection program, I normally do not by extended warranties, however things are being made to quick or as I call them throw out items, especially anything with electric - - Thanks again,

I was unable to get you online. I called but did not know I could push the existing claim prompt to get help from a live person. I did a chat and the nice young lady told me. After that everything was great. Such nice staff you have and so helpful to a Senior Citizen. Thank all the staff who helped me. I was about to give up. Thanks e everything worked out. Thanks again.
