The initial software diagnosis was long and tedious, but necessary as part of the "process". Eventually I took the laptop to a local store to check and repair the MB, AllState was very quick to refund the repair once the invoice was uploaded. Received the check in 5 days.

I was reimbursed the cost of grandson’s Teeltree 24 Bolt ATV. We used the Walmart emailed gift card to purchase another one for him! He is happy. The submission process, and the availability to talk to somebody on the phone, though, took me quite some time to accomplish. Other than that, it was a good experience!

I recently had to place a claim with a different company with a kitchen appliance and you were unable to speak with an actual human being. After three days I still have not heard a word about my claim. I am not happy. However, it proved to me how excellent the service is with Allstate.
