I spoke with a gentleman who was so kind and helpful! Trust me when I say I am old and this new fangle stuff, like sending a picture of my product, escapes me. The rep helped me to try to send the picture and stayed calm and respectful the entire time. I cannot say enough of how much he was kind. After several attempts ( probably 30 minutes) he was so kind about getting a supervisor to see what other options there were. Very pleased with ease of completing my claim form to get my glasses replaced! Very quick response and I received my gift card to use on my new glasses within 30 hours! I feel your company treats customers great and makes us feel important and I really appreciate that! My TV died before it even hit 3 years old and the protection team had a new one out to me within a week. They answered all texts and emails promptly. I'm really glad that I paid for the protection because I definitely couldn't afford to replace a TV at this time
