"FAST FAST FAST!! We buy all of our warranties for electronics from SquareTrade and I tell everyone I know about it. This was the first time I have filed a claim. I expected it it to take a week to complete the whole process. It took only 3 days from the time I filed the claim until the time I was paid via paypal. I will continue to be a loyal customer!"

"This is the third warranty that I've had to use with SquareTrade. Every single time, it was a smooth and easy transaction. They worked with us to ensure that the item was broken and it was not a setting error and once it was obvious the item was broke, they quickly deposited our refund into our PayPal account. They're quick and efficient service is why we only use SquareTrade!"

"I love Square Trade. I had purchase my warranty a year and a half ago but when my DVD Recorder bit the dust, Square Trader made the whole warranty process as painless as possible. I have since bought two more DVD Recorders for separate rooms and of course, bought warranties from Square Trade. I hope I never have to use them but if I do, I know I will be satisfied."

"Jeremiah did a good job with his trouble shooting on my hp printer. He tried everything possible and still the printer failed to work. He was thorough and knowledgeable. He did his best on trying to find a solution. Jeremiah has a good attitude and a desire to give outstanding customer service"

"I was very pleased with the process that SquareTrade has in place for filing a claim. The person who I dealt with was very polite and knowledgeable. He was able to begin the process even though I didn't initially have my receipt at the time. He walked me through the process and did everything he said he would do right away. I received the information he said he would send by e-mail right away and the instruction for having my claim processed were very clear and easy to follow. "SquareTrade is very efficient. When I filed a claim for my broken headphones, they processed it the next business day and gave me a full refund. They even paid for shipping for the broken item. Payments were processed fast. Since I used PayPal, I got my money almost immediately after I shipped the broken item. There is no annoying call waiting involved; everything was done online.
