"I bought three SquareTrade warranties on my very expensive DSLR camera (body, lens, and flash). Almost a year later I accidentally dropped the whole shebang off a balcony and it was smashed to bits. I called SquareTrade and talked to a very friendly employee. He set up three claims, I sent the broken pieces in, and received three checks a week later for the original amount I paid for the camera! I am so completely pleased, and will definitely purchase a plan on any tech or appliance I buy in the future!"
"After about 21/2 years my Bluetooth stopped working. Fortunately I have SquareTrade warranty and it was still under warranty. I opened a claim, they emailed label immediately and just 3 days after mailing out my item my PayPal was fully reimbursed.
