Really easy to fill out the claim, great communication that made it clear and easy with every step of the process, and then I got my refund within 2 days after making the claim. Could not have been happier that I bought the SquareTrade warranty. In fact, when I replaced the coffee maker, I went ahead and bought a new SquareTrade waranty."

It went so well I had to report that here. I dropped it Thursday, shipped it Monday when we returned from vacation, it got to SquareTrade clear across the country on Wednesday, was fixed and returned to me ONE DAY LATER!
