Last time the claim I made was boarder line for the date but since the product stopped working before the expiation date it was covered. "Submitted a claim for a dvd player that was beginning to have problems. Had a response with an hour, and a shipping label by the end of the day. As soon as the package was accepted by the shipping company I had an email gift card. My children will only have to go 2 days without their dvd player thanks to the wonderful response by square trade. Needless to say I purchased the square trade warranty for the replacement dvd player also. Couldn't be happier with the service."

"I'm a clutz. I drop and break everything I touch. I broke 2 tablets and Square Trade had sent me both refunds as soon as UPS picked up the packages, which I also didn't have to pay for shipping. You should insure everything through them. The price is so low, how can you not? Thank you for being there. Don."
"Really good company. Back when I had the Motorola Atrix, which was the world's most advanced phone (first dual-core processor phone), I decided to get a protection plan from SquareTrade (don't remember the details). Literally a couple weeks after getting the phone I leave the phone in my pants and put it in the wash.
