"Square Trade really is a great company, with great service. We called to make the claim on a Tues. and they email a shipping label that day, we shipped the item on Thursday and the next Thursday we had the check in hand. I also tell the store clerks, who offer me a warranty, no thanks I am going to use Square Trade, then they ask about it, ask for the website and say I am going to have to get that as well."

"I've always been leary of extended type warranties, but I bought the square trade anyways. I ended up having a claim, and it was by far the easiest, most efficient warranty claim I've ever had to deal with. NO HASSLES like I was expecting, everything was done from my computer and it was super easy.
