"SquareTrade is incredible! I had purchased the warranty with thought that in case the speaker stops working, I'll be able to get it fixed. Unfortunately, a coworker accidentally broke it by falling over on it. SquareTrade covered it with a full refund and I was able to purchase a new speaker. Their warranty is exactly what they say.
