When we were unable to have it repaired by the manufacturer and the original warranty expired, SquareTrade reimbursed us the full purchase price with no hassle whatsoever. This allowed us to go out and get a new one quickly - great service!"
"My HP All-in-one Printer stopped working after 2 1/2 years. I filed an online claim (very easy to complete, took about 5 minutes), printed a pre-paid label, and dropped off the box at Staples. Within 2 days I received a paypal payment for the entire cost of the printer.
