"SQUARETRADE has been the one and only warranty that I have bought (and there have been MANY) that came through and was everything they promised and more. I filed a claim and it was taken care of with lightning speed, easy and painless. I will try to never make an purchase online without it as I have spread the word amongst my friends. SQUARETRADE rocks!"

"What a great experience. Six months ago I purchased a receiver for my vehicle. In late March it stop working. I sent an e-mail to the person who sold me the unit and the company who makes these units. No response. The unit has a 2 year warranty. I called SquareTrade and they reviewed the claim and since I did not get a response from either the seller or the company, they reinburse me for the unit. "Square Trade was really fast and efficient. They processed my claim without any hassle. When I first signed up with Square Trade, I decided to give them a try based on the reviews, but I hoped that I would not need to make a claim as I feared the experience would be onerous. I am very happy to report that my experience was so postive, I immediately purchased another warranty for my new iPod Touch. Thanks Square Trade."

"SquareTrade insurance was recommended to me by my computer consultant. When my newly-acquired refurbished computer turned out to have an unresponsive hard drive after barely three months, I was very pleasantly surprised with how easy it was to file the claim, and how quickly the claim was paid--less than one week. Keep up the good work, SquareTrade--I will buy again."

"The was the first warranty claim I had had with SquareTrade. From the beginning the process to purchase the warranty was easy. They stored my receipt online after I submitted it to them. When I determined I had an issue I contacted them to file a claim. Simple and straight forward, the staff worked with me to get the required information. "I have utilized SquareTrade's warranties on two occasions. They gave me the replacement cost for a Kodak camera that needed repair. More recently, they allowed me to take my desktop computer to my local PC repair shop to have the hard drive replaced. This saved me from having to ship the computer to them and wait for a couple of weeks to have it returned. They also paid my local PC shop directly so there was no out-of-pocket cost for me.
