The price was reasonable and I thought why not..so glad I did as the shredders only lasted less than a year and they refunded me in full, even paying the return postage! I would recommend Square Trade warranties and would purchase them again. "

"Great experience. Our microwave went out after 2 years. Called Square Trade, told them the problem and what troubleshooting steps I preformed (in manual). Within one day they had responded, saying that as soon as I had filled out a short affidavit, they would send me the original cost of the microwave. I elected to take it as an Amazon credit (which earned me an extra 5%). Within the week they had emailed me the credit! Highly recommend this company!!!"
