"I have bought several warranties from SquareTrade, but until recently I never needed to use any of the warranties. Recently my cat knocked over a cup of coffee onto my laptop and I contacted SquareTrade to file a claim. The process could not have been smoother; unfortunately my laptop could not be repaired so they quickly issued to me a reimbursement equal to the purchase price of my computer, and because I chose to receive my reimbursement via an Aamazon gift card, I received an additional 5% cash as well.
