"Prompt, friendly service on my request to get my Iphone 4 repair cost reimbursed. I expected them to refund me the cost I paid the Genius Bar, minus the $50 deductible, but when the customer service guy told me that he was giving me the full cost I had paid, I was surprised and delighted by the news! I took the option to have the money sent directly to my PayPal account, where it appeared just two days later. Great service!! I am very happy and will buy SquareTrade warranties on all my Apple purchases in the future."

When I called to file a claim the woman was so nice and listened to my story without interupting me and then said everything was in order and my check would be mailed when S T received confirmation that the broken item was on it's way back. It only took 1 phone call to SquareTrade to initiate a claim and I had a brand new replacement DNA in hand in less than 2 business days (5 days total w/holiday.)
