Within 48 hours of filing, I had my kindle sent to them, and the electronic return in my email. They were friendly, courteous and I would (and am) absolutely use them again as well as recommend them to anyone with electronics."

"I heard of SquareTrade warranties while buying a product in BestBuy. I was really amazed to see the quality of the service they provide through the blogs which I read after that. I have bought different warranties on the items which I bought. Recently one of my computers was causing issues and the actual product company didn't help me out. Luckily I had insured them through SquareTrade and I contacted them and they sent me a shipping label via email, I stuck the headphones in an envelope and sent the package to them and before I got home from the post office I had the complete purchase cost back in my Paypal account from Squaretrade. That evening I purchased a new headset exactly like the one I had and I insured then again through Squaretrade!"
