"Awesome, just awesome. Best customer service ever. I mean it. Smashed my iphone randomly dropping it in the street. The next day my claim was being taken care of, the next day I was replacing my iphone at an Apple store. OK I had to pay upfront ~250$ to replace it but SquareTrade sent me a check in 3 days and on top of it waived my deductible fee because I was advancing the monies... Now that's a company. Love you guys. Cheers "
"I was very pleased by my experience with SquareTrade. My computer broke and I submitted a claim. The whole process of me sending in my computer and me getting my reimbursement check(it was not worth fixing) took under a week and a half. "I highly recommend Square Trade Warranties. I recently had to send an Onkyo receiver in that had failed me. The claim process was fast and easy, and there were no unnecessary questions asked. They were unable to fix my receiver, so I was given three different options for my refund. I had my refund available to me within 3 days! Would I do it all again? You bet! I actually already have. Square Trade took my call, and walked me through the process of filing the claim and the replacement process was fast, easy and painless! That same day, I had a new phone and less than 10 days later I had a check from Square Trade for the full cost! "
