"AWESOME! I've bought plenty of warranties with SquareTrade, but never had a reason to use them - this was the first, and let me say I couldn't be happier. I made contact and let them know the hard drive had started to show that it was failing, and within a day they had a mailing label in my inbox. I simply printed that out and when it was scanned for shipping the refund happened, which I wasn't expecting. "Didn't really believe it was going to be as advertised when I went to put in a claim, I had issues with a tablet within the first three months of purchase. After asking me a few simple questions they issued me a claim number and even sent me a label so I could mail it to them without any cost. No problems at all. It was quick simple and painless.
