"Just one week ago, I filed my second SquareTrade claim and just like my first claim, the claim was processed very expeditiously. Because the SquareTrade website is so user-friendly and easy to navigate, I was easily able to locate my plan information to see if my coverage for my (broken) cell phone was still in effect. I was relieved to see that the warranty policy was still in effect for another 6 months and I was also able to see what I had paid for the cell phone on eBay. "I was absolutely pleased with their service. I broke my headset and called the company. I was told there is no repair for the Beats I had. I was promptly emailed an UPS label which I sent off the same day. I received an email 2 days letter telling me mycheck was being mailed out. I received it2 days later. All total a 5 day turn around time. Great, swift service. "
