"Very pleasant experience. My 2 year old coffee machine (a $2000 Jura machine) stopped working. Since I had a 4 year warranty with SquareTrade I went to the webpage to file a claim. This was very easy and straight forward. Within a short time I got email that the claim is approved and that they are looking for a local repair shop. SInce no shop was close by, they send me a day later a prepaid shipping label. I send the machine off and within a week I got it back repaired. "I am very glad that I got a ST warranty for my AppleTV when I bought it. After it quit working, I filed my claim, they called within a couple of days, sent me a return label for it (they said it was unrepairable), and I got my payout as soon as UPS registered it as shipped back to them! No weeks of waiting, no hassle with finding receipts (since I had already uploaded it to my account), no drama... Got to love simplicity!"
