"I was very pleasantly surprised by how quick and easy the claim process was with SquareTrade. Mine was an intermittent problem, so I half expected them to send it back saying "We didn't experience that failure when we tried it out." Nope, no hassles, prompt and full payment. I just got a new TV and the first place I went to was to SquareTrade to get an extended warranty for that as well! They're one of the few companies out there these days that actually does what they say they'll do. Thank you, SquareTrade!"
