"I have used SquareTrade almost exclusively for the past three years for extended warranties on items bought from the stores and Ebay. I never had to make a claim in the past and was worried that they would give me a hard time about my claim. Nothing could have been farther from the truth. "I was a little dubious that this could work at first. I thought I'd be made to jump through all kinds of hoops to get anywhere but seriously it couldn't have been easier. I bought a refurbished PS3 from Ebay and it broke after around 60 days. I called SquareTrade and they talked me through what I needed to do. Within 20 minutes The whole process was done, and I received my refund the NEXT DAY! I would recommend the service to ANYONE! Brilliant work."

"Great deal .. just happened to purchase the warranty through square trade on a used eBay printer and didn't think twice about it considering it was so affordable until I had to file a claim. Well the printer started jamming on a daily basis but no worries, Square Trade paid me the $100 I spent on the printer and an extra 5% because I got it in an Amazon gift card. I love Amazon and now I love Square Trade too! Makes me feel better about the 4 other items I have warrantied with them (PS3, Xbox, TV)"
"Mini Split AC / Heat Pump repair using square-trade was pretty simple. The only negative is going via the third party company Square-Trade uses called Service Masters which locates the AC repair company in your city. We had too many issues with Service Masters which seemed not know how read the work order Square-Trade faxed them. First call on our repair comes from a kitchen repair center so no good, and the two days later another call comes from a one man AC repair place which quickly turns down the repair.
