"Have about 10 warranties currently with Squaretrade and just made my first claim. Process went very smoothly and the customer service reps were great to deal with. They now offer an amazon.com gift card as one of the ways to pay you. If you choose the gift card they add 5% to what you originally paid for the item. It was an easy process and will continue to use them for all of my electronics. Prices can not be beat."
