"This is the second time I file a claim using the SquareTrade warranty. The first time they email me a pre-paid label so I can get it fixed right away. The second time they cannot fix it, so they email me a pre-paid label and refund me the entire purchase. Both items are handle very fast and is a very reliable company. I will buy all the important electronics warranty from the SquareTrade."
