"I purchased a warranty when I purchased my phone in May of 2011. The cost was significantly less than a comparable warranty from my phone provider. My phone had minor issues, and SquareTrade took care of it in a surprisingly small amount of time. My phone ended up being irreparable in early 2013, and SquareTrade offered me a full refund. SquareTrade representatives are always pleasant. It is one of the most friendly and useful insurance companies."
