"I purchased warranty from Square Trade for a refubrished computer in December 2009. The computer failed in July of 2010 and I contacted Square Trade to submit a claim. In less than 48 hours the claim was settled my account was credited in full for the purchase price of the computer. This was the easiest quickest claim settlement I have ever experienced.
