"I have used the warranty service twice and both times it was very simple to process the claim. First time was an issue with a camera we bought. There was a spot in the images after a couple of months. Sent the camera in for repair and had it back within the week. Second time was an issue with a car stereo. "Excellent Service! I had a Sony Receiver for about 2 years and it just started having intermittent problems with the HDMI signal from the DVD player. I submitted a claim online on saturday evening and by sunday morning they determined it was not worth trying to fix it, so they emailed me a prepaid shipping label.
