"They are the best! I nw get ALL my warranties thru them. I even tell sales people about them when they ask if I would like to purchase their extended warranty on a new purchase. NO ONE beats Square Trade for price, no hassle, immediate response and great service warranties. Thank you. I have done business with you for about 4 years now and will go NOWHERE else! They even give you a shipping label when you do need to send anything back. You guys really are the BEST!!!"

"Customer service was both courteous and prompt with the handling of my claim. I was delightfully surprised by the many options provided to me when it came time for repair or replacement of my warrantied item. SquareTrade offered me several choices and delivered on their promise to expedite their service. This type of service is simply not attainable from any retail outlet that I am aware of. I could not be more pleased. "

"I have used SquareTrade services for a few years now and have all of my electronics and cell phone with them. I have never had to wait for service, their agents have been very curtious and treat you like a neighbor, not a client. This is my second claim and I am still amaized at the speeds my claims were handled. Fast, precise, and settled within 7 days. I will continue to use them as long as they remain in business. "Processing a claim with SquareTrade was reasonably quick and smooth. I had insured a cordless phone system which developed problems with the handsets. They did want to make sure I had tried new batteries before accepting the claim, and they wanted me to send them the broken phone. Both were reasonable requests, which slowed the process a little, but not bad. They pre-paid the shipping for me to send it to them. All in all, I'd recommend them, and will continue buying my warranties through them. "
