"Their handling of my claim was above and beyond my expectations. I had a problem with my HP Photosmart printer, purchased May of 2011. I submitted my claim, received a return sticker the next day and received a full refund the day after. I've been around and might be a bit cynical about service on some issues, but Square Trade exceeded my expectations. These folks know what customer service AND customer satisfaction is all about."

"Very simple and fast process to file a claim. I already had receipt on file. I experienced some accidental damage on a tablet. I submitted a claim online, they responded in 24 hours with an email and instructions to send tablet to them and a prepaid UPS label. I sent the tablet that day and by that evening they had already sent an Amazon Gift card for the balance. They must have received notification from UPS of the package pick-up. I could not be happier with the claim process. I buy all my warranties from Square Trade."
