"My Blackberry Storm suffered water damage. I filed the claim and promptly Squaretrade responded. I received the prepaid postage and sent my device. They were unable to repair the phone so a check was issued in the amount of $400.00 which was used to replace my phone with the HTC Droid Incredible. Could not be happier. Recommend purchasing service plans with Squaretrade above all other companies because they are far less expensive and cover more then retailers."

"I have made a number of warranties thru SquareTrade. I finally had submit a claim on a Coffee Maker. The Coffee Maker had a problem with its electronics and just had an error number on it's display where the clock should be. I submitted a claim to SquareTrade thru their website. I got an email from SquareTrade that evening. They told me to pack it up and ship it to them with a free UPS label. I sent them my old Coffee Maker and 2 days later they gave me a refund for my purchase price of the coffee maker. The was no problems... read more
"I did not expect to ever see the claim solved. I figured square trade would come up with some excuse why not to pay the claim. I have bought extended warranties from the big box stores and have not been happy. Square trade processd the claim quickly. They sent me a email with a prepaid shipping label. I was able to track the process the claim easily. In fact in less than a week the money was in my paypal account. "The service at Squaretrade is impecable. I purchased a warranty for my Motorola headphones not thinking I would actually need to file a claim. A few months later the headphones went out on me and I found myself needing to have them replaced. Luckily I had squaretrade and they made the filing process quick and easy. Before you know it I was reimbursed and able to purchase another pair.
