"I have been extremely satisfied with the Squaretrade warranty service. I filed a claim and recieved a return shipment label immediately. I was given a refund for the original amount almost immediately after they recieved my defective item. I almost always buy a warranty from them every time I buy anything now. Gives me a lot of confidence to go ahead and buy items on ebay too. Thanks Square Trade for excellent service."

"Very positive experience through the claim process. There were no hasseles everything was explained completely and the process was extremely fast. Communication was very good. I would definitely buy again as well as recommend to friends and family. The only thing I would like to see different is the recognition of new items without a factory warranty purchased through ebay. My product was brand new but I had to purchase a warranty for a used item at a slightly higher price. Overall, very positive."
