"This is a nice warranty to have when buying an item that cost a fair amount of money and then have it fail in a short amount of time. I feel like I haven't thrown money away having this coverage. The people at SquareTrade communicate very well and very nicely. I had no struggle communicating with these people. The cost was very reasonable for such good service and what I really appreciated was being notified when everything was completed. Thanks a Lot SquareTrade you made my day."

"I've never purchased a warranty on an electronic item before in my life, but when I purchased my 32 GB 4th generation iPod Touch for almost $300, I thought it good to buy the warranty. "Wow! I filed my claim Tuesday, got a prepaid shipping label Wednesday and mailed in my item, had a full refund in my PayPal account on Thursday! Easiest warranty claim EVER! Love it! And no, I don't work for them, but might if they offered me a job :) "
