They sent a refund to my paypal account before I have even returned my NAS unit. I use their warranties because I don't want to have any worries about my computer products, and I have not been disappointed."

"I had purchased an android tablet for my grandson and thought it best to purchase the SquareTrade warranty. As I had predicted, it was a great decisiion. The tablet screen got broke and my SquareTrade service rep was more than helpful. It didn't take 10 days to process claim from start to finish. "
