"I've always been leary of after sale warrenty's. Ive seen the square trade logo for some time on both ebay and amazon.com. I received an offer I couldn't refuse...so I bought a warrenty. Turns out, I'm glad I had...the item stopped opperating correctly. I call square trade and they walked me through the claims process. It was easy and they took great care of me. "I am generally a BIG skeptic of extended warranties, but Squaretrade is the exception to the rule. I bought a car DVD player years back, and it failed on me. The claim process was painless and easy. Ever since then I have bought warranties from them! My most recent experience, my 5 month old TIVO went out.
