"I shattered my iPhone's screen on the asphalt driveway. this was on Saturday, and I could not get a hold of anyone. So I went to the Apple store and they repaired it for $199. Then when I finally got a hold of live SquareTrade rep, they said they prefer for me to send it in for repair, but due to the situation that I could not get live guidance, I just sent them the Apple receipt and they reimbursed me the same day. "Excellent service before and after the claim. The warranties are already very competitively priced, but the claims process is just great. We got back all our money in no more than a week and it couldn't have been easier. We took it and bought another product/brand in the same category that hopefully won't have any issues - and of course it's got a SquareTrade warranty on it as well now."
