Quick and efficient as well as accepting and making the adjustment, Disappointef in replacement selections: same model Samsung 65”OLED, 3 yr, old rebuilt model or a much lesser new Hisense 65 “ 4K model. On choosing the Hisense, not sure what I am getting. In retail @ Walmart @ $500, where Samsung replacement new model 3 x @ $1500.00. Will hold my breath. G Little
I bought a printer from Walmart that stopped working after only having for a 45 days. And helped me with a refund through the insurance protection plan.
The agent at first was sending me a roundabout way but his manager, whom he reached out to himself helped resolve the matter. Was able to get a refund for a damaged piece of jewelry which they graciously advised did not need to be returned.
Although it was a little difficult to get someone on the phone, once I did, the claim was resolved quickly. A new replacement tv arrived very quickly.
We were very pleased with the speediness of the claim we filled.
Had my refund check in a week because they couldn’t replace my item so they refunded what I paid for my item. Great service. I love your plans.
