The service was very fast and you guys were really on top of it. My only disappointment is that my TV was not replaced with the TV that I had but a different brand.

Almost 5 years ago I purchased an outdoor wicker-like seating group section of 6 pieces. Even though I always had it covered in the winter it started to unravel & show breakage on several pieces. When I checked my policy, I saw I still had 2 months left on the warranty protection policy I purchased. The customer service reps I spoke with were extremely helpful and efficient advising me how to file a claim. Within a week, I received a refund of the full purchase price of the seating group. I always buy purchase protection plans after losing money on previous electronics purchases. I know if something goes wrong I’ll have insurance to buy another or have it repaired. It is literally worth every penny

I had issue with furniture and have raised the claim immediately after noticing the issue. Allstate understood the issue and acted fast in resolving the matter. Appreciate it.

The experience was ok, except for the fact that I did not get the entire price I paid for the item. It was a factory defect. I should’ve gotten the entire amount I originally paid
