While we are very glad we purchased insurance on our canopy. We are not very happy with the resolution only because you gave us a gift card to Wayfair so it’s not like we can replace the canopy by getting another one that will probably just do the same thing or we can’t go anywhere else and apply the money to a new one maybe a better quality one we have to buy something at Wayfair so that didn’t sit too good with us, we would’ve preferred either you send a new canopy or refund our mobey

The representative was knowledgeable, curious and helpful. He ask a number of questions to determine if the laptop could be repaired locally and when he determined it could not, he instructed me on how to download a shipping label for UPS at no cost to me. Easy-Peasy.
