Customer service is very nice and helpful and I was contacted immediately after chief complaint and got the service and information I needed.
A fit-bit watch broke for the first time, but it was fixed. Four months later, it broke again, and this time, I was giving a return credit so I could buy a different watch instead of a fit-bit. I am pleased to have received the extension and intend to purchase another one for my new timepiece.

The customer service was great. She promised they would send a gift card for the item that I was purchased since it is defective and there is no places to repair it so as long as that happens, I am satisfied I have to wait for them to receive the product so hopefully it won’t take long before they get it in their system and I can get the gift card
