As bad luck goes my phone fell apart while I was sick with a cold. The glue that held it together must have dry rotted, so I had to use two rubber bands to keep it together. They had my replacement to me in less than two days, it is well worth the investment each month the get that type of service and protection! Thanks ALLSTATE!
Anytime I buy an expensive electronic device, I always purchase a protection plan, especially if it's an Allstate Plan. Even though I've only had to use their services 3 times in the last 20 years, it's worth the investment. I know with Allstate that I'm fully protected, they have a no-hassle report & repair process, and they do great work/repairs. I've never had to send a device back after they've repaired it.
