allstate protection plan was very good , great to work with, had new TV in 4 days. I was all ways kept up to date what was going on no guessing about what was going on the next step.
I broke my new laptop that was only about 3 months old. Had purchased the 3-year protection plan, fortunately, and everything was handled. It was not able to be fixed, so they sent me a gift card for the full amount of the equipment. Can't ask for more than that. So, I used the refund and bought another laptop, and once again opted for a 3 year plan. It gives me great peace of mind.
Customer service was awesome. Replacement was easy as well.

For a change, I purchased the extended warranty on my newly purchased printer. Eighteen months, the printer was experiencing issues. I contacted Allstate and they gave me clear and easy instructions to ship the printer in for repair or replacement. Allstate timely looked at the printer and determined it could not be repaired. They quickly mailed a refund check that I was able to use to purchase another (different brand) printer. After such a positive experience, I did not hesitate to purchase a warranty on the new printer.
The technician knew what to do and was able to fix the problem.
In the past 1 yr you been here 3 times and 2 of those times in the last 3 weeks. My wager has been shaking and the soap was licking or come out from somewhere also my washer has a really bad smell that when I call I mentí on it and also mention it to the technician. The shaking is still happening and the smell has gotten worse and I have not received any calls letting me know whats the next step to this problem. I hope someone get back to me soon.
