I had two experiences with Allstate/SquareTrade in two days because the appliance dealer neglected to forward our information to Allstate at the time of our purchase of the warranty coverage. The first agent I spoke with, when trying to file the claim the first time, was extremely patient and pleasant with me. She tried every way she could to locate our file, but she was unsuccessful.
