Response was great from Allstate. The part was ordered and received in short order and the technician arrived on time and was very professional. Communications regarding the part and service was excellent.
Only had previous dehumidifier for one year but had purchased the 2-year protection. Replaced with a brand new one but need to know how I go about getting protection on the replacement dehumidifier.
Everything went by very quickly, and I was able to receive my reimbursement extremely quick.
