"I have utilized SquareTrade's warranties on two occasions. They gave me the replacement cost for a Kodak camera that needed repair. More recently, they allowed me to take my desktop computer to my local PC repair shop to have the hard drive replaced. This saved me from having to ship the computer to them and wait for a couple of weeks to have it returned. They also paid my local PC shop directly so there was no out-of-pocket cost for me. "I love Square Trade. Their warranties always cost less than anything I can find elsewhere. I've had two claims with them and they both were handled quickly and with a minimum of hassle to me. But wait ... it gets better. With their online site, you have 24/7 access to a listing of all your warranties and you can instantly see the status of any claim or warranty. They really did it right!"

"I am always sceptical about extended warranties, however it was a pleasant surprise to deal with a very efficient company. Notonly did the policy come straight through by email, they also request you to email them a copy of your original receipt which is then stored on their system, so no trying to locate it if a claim is necessary. I have several policies and have unfortunately had the opportunity to make a claim and it was dealt with quickly and efficiently, so well done, will be using them again."
