I will never purchase another warranty...especially from Squaretrade or Allstate Protection Plans. I would have rather paid for a new refrigerator myself than ever go through what I went through with this company.

I am extremely disappointed in the service I received. I had to call several times about my claims. I was originally told my headphones could be replaced. Then it went to a refund which I have yet to receive. The communication was horrible and I really doubt I’ll ever get this service again. A waste of time and money. Very disappointed.

I haven't heard a response or received any reply since my last email. I also have not received a replacement or notification of any resolve.

No credit, no glasses, paid for warranty, glasses and deductible. Why couldn't deductible be taken off of my credit.
My I pod is not working well , so I take to repair, first they asked me pay 20 dollars to fix it, and told me I can pick up later , and today they called me I have to replace another one and pay for 400 dollars, if not I can get my device back and they don’t do anything. it’s so impossible even I pay less than I can buy a new one.

I sent in a laptop for repair. For whatever reason instead of repairing it they sent me a virtual card for replacement. I ended up paying another $116.?? For another laptop. Prices are up now. Downside is if you have to pay $50+ for a warranty then over $116 for the difference you just as well pay cash and be done with it! They sent me a virtual card for Walmart instead of giving me my money back to go where I want to buy one. I didn't like that at all! In all Allstate was fine but it won't happen again!
