I was able to file a claim on my ice maker but it's been over a month and still no answer or a new ice maker. The email I received, said a replacement would ship soon, well it's been over a month and still nothing.

I was told that my warranty couldn't be done because I didn't have my television in a special wall plug because a storm hit and knocked out the power and the television would not come back
