The power supply was not returned. There was some life on the battery. When the laptop came on the same error appeared. The battery is now dead. Please return the power supply so that I can do a proper assessment of the service provided

I sent my IPad in to have two issues resolved. Apparently only one problem was addressed. 1. There was a problem with the surface not being fully responsive to typing with the keypad. THAT WAS CORRECTED. 2.There second issue was the battery life if the IPad. A full charge should last all day. THIS WAS NOT CORRECTED. My IPad was on the charger all night and was at 100% battery. ONE HOUR OF USE (typing and checking emails) AND THE BATTERY IS AT 24% STRENGTH. It needs to be sent in again.

First I was told to take it to a place where I was told they didnt have the parts. Then was tild to send it out to another place for repair wjo told me it wasnt coverefd and I would have to pay. Afyer that twice I sent it to you. Both times I was told it was repaired and that it was working fine. Both times it did not. Not to mention the many calls I made to get this done. What is the point of havng insurance? Alas. I am getting reimbursed since at this point its nothing but a paperweught unless I fix it myself. This was ver... read more

Since last year I waited for the part for my tv it finally came in I tried scheduling a appointment for the technician to come to replace it no luck so they decided to give me a tv but still waiting on the delivery

The claims process was very easy to navigate. It did not take very much time. Initially, the replacement had was offered was not even close to item I had purchased. I had bought a PS5 controller with the protection plan, and was offered a console stand. After I did not accept I was offered an off brand replacement with less functionality. I refused a second time and was issued a check for the replacement value.

When I first got intouch with them everything went well. Then the next day they were talking something different. I was told that u have a year with the seller. Also the seller didn't want to help me.
