Waiting since apr 12 on replacement ,just to find out that the TV is out of stock & 11 days later no one informed us ,than we need to wait another 24-48 hrs for new options

Repair was unable to fix tv. Sapose to get contacted to get a new one covered under my insurance however I keep having to do the work myself with the same "we will contact you tomorrow" but they don't.

I sent it to Allstate. After returning it, nothing changed.

They asked me for photos of a broken bed frame that i threw out. The bar cracked in half. Was i literally supposed to keep it until i get a response? Give me a break!

I submitted my claim, and it was approved immediately! What happens next is what is concerning. I chatted with six different agents, and they all shared the same story with me, word by word. I submitted everything they requested immediately, and nine days later, there was still no progress. I am still out of the item that was supposed to be replaced. I understand there is a procedure to follow but in the end having to send the merchandise out is to much work when you run a business when it would benefit Allstate to have local people to repair and inspect the products

I sent my laptop in for a repair in January and I’m still experiencing the same issues. They must look at problems at the surface level and not causation. I now can’t go a week without my laptop as this is a neccessity and I’m left with a broken laptop.

Allstate said it was under 5 year warranty and set an appointment up with the wrong department and I had to reschedule myself.

I needed a replacement for a pair of genuine Apple wired earbuds I purchased from Walmart. I received a poor quality off brand replacement. The brand is called Youse which must be extremely cheap because you can’t find the brand on Amazon. Not to mention they require Bluetooth to use. I wish I could send them back! I will not be using them.
