Warranty claim took long time to process and very confuse. I request a replacement, and receive a cheaper junk even not in the same category. I have a 2800W Electric Meat Grinder received replacement a 300W Meat Blender . it was terrible !

I'm still waiting for a second gift card and these claims are from last year. It has taken this long and multiple times of me contacting you to get this straightened out. It's ridiculous!
the customer service over the phone was good. But the results are terrible. I'm going into about 7 weeks waiting for a Television problem issue to be resolved. That should have taken only a few days no more than a week. I don't want to go through all the details. But I called to file a claim due to my tv braking down. The end result they are supposed to send me a check that I'm still waiting for. Very disappointing
If I could give them a negative 10 I would. The customer service completely ridiculous.
It was not a good experience. Allstate deferred me to Roku and gave me a phone number which defaulted to a corporate number which no one ever answered. I had to call Sam's to escalate the situation.
They cannot find where I bought a lawn mower but they can see that I have a warranty on it and can't get my money back because the lawn mower is broken
i purchased a corded hand vac on 11/22/22 during the BLACK FRIDAY SALEs and i purchased a 2 year protection plan coverage began 11/22/22 and coverage ends 11/22/24.. In less than 6 months it stopped working when i filed my protection plan claim it was denied and i was told to contact the manufacturer for help based on the manufacturer's warrantys. but i paid for a 2 year warranty but i got only 1 year of coverage
