Terrible customer support. I sent receipts for $360+ dollars for broken glasses. So far they've offered $12.98 gift card. What am I supposed to do with that?
Trying to receive my certificate was nightmare, been working on this for over a week. Finally had to go to store they were very helpful. Have not received a certificate even they told me it was on the way. Please follow up. Checked junk folder not there either.
They were really fast getting it done and back to me but my Apple Watch still doesn’t sync with my phone
So I didn't know I would be under factory warranty, and when I contacted them, they didn't care what happened to my e bike, and then explained to me how he would direct me to a site, where I can (buy) parts, I mean that's why I paided for the protection plan
I called about my Home Depot battery because it is no longer working and I sent the necessary pictures and proof of receipt, and I was told that my claim has been denied without reason and I was advised to call to speak to somebody for further explanation. When I called, the representative was extremely rude and told me that she cannot assist me and she told me that she was going to hang up on me and hung up the call.
I'd love for someone in charge can phone me so that I can get the facts once and for all when I phoned back however I was told the warranty still worked and my item was covered (my office chair which fell apart months ago and is being held together by duct tape. I'd like for someone from Allstate Warranty to phone me after locating my information please so I can move forward with the exchange of product. Thank you.
I bought a pan for my Beats earbuds because they notoriously like to die. Just one side. So I went to file a claim last week because the left one isn’t working right. I didn’t know I had to upload a receipt so I did. I went through the claim process and the only option it gave me was to go to a store 3.5 hours away from where I live to have it repaired. Our vacuum burned out and we sent it in only for it to come back with less suction and sounds different. It’s better than when it wasn’t working at all but definitely thought we’d get it back better or a new vacuum.
I paid $ 89.00 + the taxes on my item you shorted me by keeping that part I wasn't able to replace my tablet my gift card was short of what I paid so I doubt very much I'll be using your services ever again
