My first claim was on my kitchenaid stand mixer. Sent it in, was repaired, got it back in worse shape than it was before. I have sent it back to be fixed again.

I put tape on my beats and I didn't know it void my coverage to get them fix.... I didn't know it would void it. The next time I won't purchase the insurance for any other electric devices purchase from Walmart or any other store that has allstate protection plan coverage.
You guys never even got back with me to replace my phone. Your insurance protection is a rip off.!!! Someone isn't doing their job.
The process was all fine, but our tv was replaced with one that was a lower quality. We are very disappointed.

Firstly it was a nightmare trying to get you to honor the warranty. When you finally did you returned my laptop to me so that I was unable to login to my Microsoft account, or log out of the account they put on my laptop. I spent a whole day with tech support on the phone trying to repair it, to no avail. So I had to send it back to be repaired. I’m still waiting for my laptop. I had several conversations with customer support and still have not received the parts to fix my tv or the service company that will in fact do the work. The last one I talked to (Ashkhan) said he would send me an email telling me about the shipping of the parts and of course he did not . I am still waiting for the information.
