After the first repair attempt to the washing machine. Which did not repair the appliance. A reorder for proper parts was taken care of by repair shop. This was on 12/03/2024. On 12/12/24 I was sent an update to as upcoming appointment. However, the track my appointment link only goes back to the original appointment date of 12/03/24. The quickness of the claim I was totally satisfied with. However, the Pioneer TV you gave me has syncing issues. The sound comes a few seconds after the tv program speaks. Syncing issues called Pioneer they tried the same things I did and we are still having problems. Very disappointed. What can be done about this. Pioneer told us to go back to Costco where we bought it and Costco said to come to you to get a new TV that works. Please advise.

After multiple phone calls, the technician has been to my home to resolve the issue with the refrigerator three times and it is still not fixed and not working. This has been frustrating.
Waited 2 weeks for a tv and ended up with another broken tv. Been waiting again with no conclusion on my case. Also was given a tv that cost less than my original.

Consistent communication.
The agent I spoke with misunderstood me and now they want to say they can’t fix my oculus it’s just so disappointing then they said the would send me an email to take pictures and continue the claim and I haven’t received anything

Game controller stopped working....isn't that why we got the all-state in the first place?? Why are you making us wait for a return label...have to pack it up...drive to drop off and then wait till you receive it for us to get a replacement check???? When you could have just issued a replacement check in the first place!!!! Now he is without a controller for that much longer....how frustrating!!! YOU CAN DO BETTER!!!!!!
