Taking forever to get a reimbursement
Got a confirmation but no refund yet, seemed pretty easy to file but as I said no refund yet. 6/22/23 filed claim, been two weeks
After talking to three people the last one knew what to do and in five days everything was dont
This coverage was worthless for me because they required information I was not able to get from the manufacturer. They insisted there was a warranty when there was no warranty. Will not use Allstate again
Can’t get in touch with anyone. When you do you have to hold on phone for 45 min. Way to hard to talk to someone who speaks the same language and understands your problem.
We purchased this plan so our TV would have extended coverage. At the time of purchase we were told it was a great service plan. Our TV has been well cared for and used very lightly but started having issues with shutting itself off and on by itself. We contacted the Square Trade and they are stating that the issue is "firmware" related and refuses to even have it looked at. You have to jump through hoops to file a claim. Thought the customer representatives were very helpful the process was overwhelming!
Filed a claim 6 weeks ago. Was sent a cleaning kit, didn't work. Send more pictures, etc. Since then, no communication regarding my replacement rug.
Was told they repair or replace product. They wanted to refund price of item. Not acceptable. Don't waste your money
