took care of my claim right way
We woke one morning to realize our keurig coffee maker wasn't working. I said no problem I bought the warranty. Went online to make a claim. It was easy to do but they said they would replace it with like kind. They sent me three choices. The first was an expresso machine, the servings was a drop coffee maker, the third was a nuepresso pod machine. Easy to get and worth the effort
Awesome customer service so glad I got the Allstate Protection Plan.
Took a long time to get done. Tried to give me a TV of lesser value than what I paid. I did get a better TV but with 3 Years left on the warranty I only get the manufacturer warranty for 1 year. Probably won't get the extended warranty again.
I got reimbursed for the total valued of my iPhone within eight business days. For me, it's been one of the best mobile insurance companies.

Filing a claim online was fast and easy. Was able to up load pics easily. Got approved within days. And the replacement being sent as gift card to purchase a new one was instant and super efficient!
