The scheduling from the office was not efficient. The logistics of having a few visits within 50 miles of one another were not scheduled correctly. Mt window was 900-1200 and he arrived at 130pm. The technician MAX, was quick to verify that we knew what we should be doing and that we needed a malfunctioning part replaced.
