Both monthly fee and $50 upfront fee would have paid for fix so I think it's not true coverage It's "pretend" coverage.
They did nothing for me. What a waste of money for the warranty. Never again!
My experience with Square Trade was good. They came through for me when my printer stopped giving dependable service printing. Something had gone wrong and it no longer recognized the cyan cartridge for printing and would not successfully align pages any longer either. They gave me a refund to use toward purchasing another printer.
Haven't heard back from them yet

The warranty issues are not easy to work with you never talk with the same person and not all of them tell you the same thing!!! I am very frustrated with my entire experience and really would just like my entire issue resolved!!

I purchased a 2DS from Target for my 6 year old and so I purchased the Square Trade plan which states it covers ADH(accidental handling) which is bound to happen with a 6 year old boy.
