My Fitbit Charge 2 SE broke, and parts were not available, Fitbit said I needed to file a sq trade claim, when I checked with sq trade agent, he said I had to pay $25.00 Deduct, and they would send a New Fitbit Charge 2 SE, as its completely discontinued, , I would Imagine that's why I have not received a New Charge 2 SE, It should be Possible to ship a charge 3 se as the cost is the same, but is not discontinued,. I don't have the energy to write an in depth review, at least they gave me a refund. But if I want to get my laptop fixed now I have to pay $600 to somebody else. I mean I got my warranty so I WOULDN'T HAVE TO PAY FULL PRICE FOR A REPAIR.

I found the claims process to be simple and the service was hassle free. I need up getting a refund check in the mail and it arrived quickly and was deposited without any issues. I would purchase this warranty again in the future.
1) Dropped phone, screen shattered. 2)Took over 3.5 hours and speaking with 9, (NINE) different CRMs to finally get a replacement phone. I am somewhat satisfied, I did eventually got a replacement phone. I cannot imagine if it had been a high priced item like a OLED Television or camera to get a fix or replacement.
Only 2 models of TVs, not of the same brand were offered as equal replacements. The replacement was received today and the video quality is so poor as to be unbelievable. Square Trade says they can do nothing despite their policy saying there is a 30 day window for disputes. We are giving the new replacement TV away and purchasing another. This time without a Square Trade warranty.
